phone plan that allows voicemail feature.
Interactive Voice Response,
or IVR, is a phone technology that detects
voices and touch tones using a normal phone
call. Axagen Telecom Personal IVR system
can respond with a pre-recorded message
or your own generated audio instructions
to further direct callers on how to proceed.
Example:
When you receive a phone call,
the Personal IVR system will pickup and
offer the caller 3 choices.
- Press "0"
to go directly to the Voicemail
- Press "1"
to be forwarded to a Cell phone
- Press "2"
to be forwarded to another phone number
This example is just for illustrating
the capabilities of the system only. Users
can always modify the order and choice of
numbers.
